| Placing an Order |
| Select product: |
From the Customization Products page select the product you would like to place an order for and provide the quantity for each size. Price breaks will be reflected once your order meets minimum tier.

Submitting Art
| Templates: |
| Download the corresponding template for the product you are ordering from our Templates section. |

| Art Size: |
| Our templates are designed to scale at actual apparel size. Placing your artwork in the pattern pieces at the size templates provided will enable our Art Department to easily transfer it to your actual print production templates. |
| Art Location and Orientation: |
| We use only one set of artwork to print each custom order's full size range (XS - 5XL). If your order extends beyond size 3XL, please provide enough background artwork to extend beyond the 3XL size template parameters represented by the solid black objects in the unlocked Client Artwork layer. Place your artwork within the customizable portions of the templates. |
Vector Graphics:
In order for your custom apparels to look their best, Vector art is preferred for logos, text and graphics in
order to produce sharp images. If your artwork cannot be provided in vector format, additional Artwork charges may apply.
Raster Images:
Raster images, also known as bitmap, can be used to achieve
photographic effects. In order to provide you with the highest possible quality print, we do not accept Raster images. If you only have Raster images available, our Graphic Artist is available at additional cost to re-draw you images as Vector files. |

All text with fonts must be outlined prior to submission.
